eOpmVIEW™ Online Order Entry System supports OpmVIEW™ Order and Production Management facility software. Orders are placed online with a hosted server (Acumen Hosting Services available) over the internet. Adjustments can be made over the internet saving time at the production facility having to retype in phone orders or faxed orders. Having orders processed over the internet also allows you to extend your deadlines for order changes by several hours.

The web based order entry system collects the data throughout the day and is processed at the cutoff time you set and is pick up by your production facilities OpmVIEW™ computer at a scheduled time. Order are then processed at the production facility and you are ready to generate your production.

eOpmVIEW™ can track throwaways and give you a forecast based on how much product you throwaway each day. Different throwaways percentages can be setup for each product in the system. This allows you to fine tune your forecast based on popular products and products that have a tendency to stay on the shelf.

eOpmVIEW™ manages events using an advanced calendar system to remind you of days where sales will be increased or decreased. Parades, carnivals, festivals, holidays, special events in your area can all be tracked. If it's the third Saturday in April for a carnival or there is some type of event that happens the 2nd Friday of every month you can be reminded of these events and adjust your order accordingly.
